A Platza session is a traditional Finnish and Ukrainian treatment that involves the use of a Venik, a whisk made of oak or birch leaves. The Venik is soaked in warm water and used to apply heat to the body during the treatment, which is usually performed on the uppermost bench of the sauna room. The Platza treatment is believed to have a number of benefits, including relaxation, removal of toxins and dead skin cells, and improved circulation.

The Platza treatment typically lasts for 10-15 minutes, after which you may be guided to take a cold plunge and then return to the sauna room for an additional 5-10 minutes of treatment. The intensity and duration of the treatment can be adjusted to your personal preference and comfort level, and our Platza specialist will ensure that you are getting the best possible experience. Afterwards, you will be offered a complimentary herbal tea to help you rehydrate.
